Effective Date: [Insert Launch Date]
Last Updated: [Insert Date]
Reform Society maintains a clear cancellation and no-show policy to ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to manage class availability effectively. Please review the following terms carefully, as they apply to all bookings at our studio.
1. Group Class Cancellations
Advance Notice: Clients must cancel at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid penalties.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled class start time will result in:
· Loss of the class credit (for class packs or memberships), and
· A $10 late cancellation fee automatically charged to the card on file.
No Refunds: Class credits and fees are non-refundable for late cancellations.
2. No-Show Policy
Missed Classes: Failure to attend a booked class without cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
Memberships: A no-show results in the loss of class credit and will trigger a $20 fee, automatically billed to the card on file.
Class Packs: The session credit is forfeited.
Excessive No-Shows: More than 4 no-shows within a rolling 2-month period may result in account review, suspension, or membership termination at the studio’s sole discretion
3. Private Sessions & Red-Light Therapy
24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancels/No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
4. Membership Holds & Changes
Hold Policy: Members are permitted one membership hold per 12-month term (minimum 2 weeks, maximum 4 weeks). Billing is paused during the hold period.
Hold Requests: Must be submitted with at least 7 days’ prior notice.
Changes: Membership tier upgrades or downgrades are only permitted at the end of a term; mid-term changes are not allowed.
5. Studio Discretion
Reform Society reserves the right to review, adjust, or terminate a client’s account if cancellation or no-show activity is excessive, disruptive, or inconsistent with our membership policies, at our sole discretion.
